We build tools that respect clinical expertise.

Inteleqtus was founded on a simple belief: technology should augment the people who run hospitals — not replace them. Our tools make defensible decisions visible, not automatic.

Why we built this.

Hospitals run on decisions made under pressure. A charge nurse builds assignments at 6 AM with incomplete information and twenty minutes to figure it out. A CFO signs off on agency invoices trusting that the numbers are right — because nobody has time to reconcile four systems line by line.

We saw these problems firsthand. And we saw that the existing tools either tried to replace clinical judgment entirely — and got rejected by the people they were supposed to help — or added complexity without solving the core problem.

So we built something different: practical, rules-based tools that surface the right information at the right time and leave the final call to the humans who know their patients and their budgets.

What We Believe.

Clinical judgment is irreplaceable.

Our tools inform decisions. They don't make them. Every SPARK assignment is editable. Every LeakLock finding includes the evidence, not a verdict.

Healthcare deserves better tools.

Not bigger tools. Not more dashboards. Better ones — built for the workflows hospitals actually use.

Simplicity scales.

SPARK opens in a browser tab. LeakLock runs on CSV exports. No six-month implementations. No middleware. No IT tickets.

Every dollar should be defensible.

If you can't trace an invoice line item back to the hours actually worked, the gap becomes someone else's margin.

How We Work.

Discovery-first engagement. We don't ask you to sign a contract before seeing results.

Start with a 30-minute discovery call. If LeakLock is the right fit, we run a paid Discovery Audit on 90 days of your agency data and deliver verified findings in as few as 10 business days. If SPARK is the right fit, we demo it live on your unit's data — real staff, real patients, real assignments.

No procurement cycle. No IT involvement. No committee approval required to get started.
